  • How do I book my holiday with you
    Please call us on 07770 582696 and speak to Hamish who will discuss your dates and check availability. Hamish will also give you a confirmed price for your booking. Alternatively please send us an email to hayandwater@outlook.com You can also check out our Facebook page and send us a message
  • What is included in the hire of a motorhome
    - Insurance - Unlimited Mileage (5 night hires only) - 1 gas bottle - Cleaning (within reason) - Outside furniture (4 chairs, picnic table and windbreak) - All cutlery and crockery for 6 people
  • What is your minimum hire duration
    We have a minimum of a 3 night hire policy
  • How and when do I pay?
    A booking Deposit of £150 (non refundable) will secure the booking and then the remainder to be paid 28 days prior to hire start. A refundable crash deposit of £1250 will also be taken when the remainder of the balance is due All payments are to be made as direct transaction from the hirer to our bank account (for traceability reasons)
  • What is the crash deposit
    The crash deposit will cover the customer if they damage the van in any way or incur Hay and Water extra costs this could be and not limited to: - Accident damage - Dog damage - Extra cleaning - Emptying the toilet cassette - Internal damage - Missing cutlery and crockery
  • What documentation do I need to provide
    To be covered by our insurance we need the following from the customer - Photocopy / scan of driving license for the main person hiring the van, we will then do a dvla check - details of any points on the driving license - 2 x utility bills
